We ordered Quiet Bali Retreat and Serenity Mexicana. So far we have tried (and almost done) with Quiet Bali Retreat. It definitely has elevated our home coffee experience. My husband and I love starting our mornings with this smooth, exquisite blend. Highly recommend!
I was struggling to get any crema while making expresso with store bought beans no matter what I tried, even when having the correct pressure levels. That all changed immediately with these beans! The freshness of the beans alllowed for my expresso to have the crema that it should as well as a much better, fresher tasting expresso.

Meeting Andrew and being introduced to his SipSation Coffee Company provided me the perfect opportunity to begin transitioning from boxes of k-cups to fresh ground coffee in a foil bag and a single reusable k-cup. I have started with his Quiet Bali Retreat coffee, which is delicious! However, I plan to sample all of his coffees before settling on one or more favorites.

Tasting description is wrong. Far too fruity for my tastes. The mention of chocolate (and even molasses) is just incorrect and misleading. Perhaps the qualifier of "Baker's" chocolate is closer to this fruitier side, but that's an issue itself given what the use of chocolate descriptor usually means. And molasses? No. "Malted molasses" at most. Roast, freshness, delivery etc were all good.
Store owner replied: I appreciate your breakdown, Brian. The tasting notes come from Q Graders, independently trained and certified coffee evaluators, who graded these beans before they even left the farm. Not every palate picks them up the same way. - Andrew
We came across this coffee at a local fundraising event for a secondary school and bought one bag. We loved it so much that when they were at another event near us, we sought them out specifically and bought more bags of their excellent coffee to have on hand. They are so much better than the usual store-bought coffee, that there's really no comparison!
