Because coffee is a food product, we don’t accept returns — even if it’s unopened. It’s all about safety and freshness.

But that doesn’t mean you’re stuck with a blend that didn’t land.

💸 30-Day Refund or Replacement

If you're not satisfied for any reason, just email info@sipsationcoffee.com within 30 days of delivery.

We’ll issue a refund or send a replacement — whichever feels right.
